Well, it is – if you are on the north Oregon coast!
Mostly just pics this time.
Nehalem Bay state park sunrise.
Arcadia Beach
There was a very low tide, so lots of sea life was exposed.
Decided to intervene in nature here. These gulls had this crab upside down on the beach, and were trying to dismember it. Now these gulls were far from starving, looked like bored sport to me. Anyway, I flipped the little guy over and escorted him back to a tidal pool where he made good his escape – till next time.
Thanks a lot Blogger, for ruining this post! I do just about all my blogging using Live Writer, which I find is far easier to use than the blogger editor. I had a video in this post and it worked just fine. That is until I opened the post in Blogger to add the brief addition on the pot-holes. Blogger then totally screwed up the layout and lost the video and would not re-load it, and changed a bunch of font sizes to boot. Thanks a lot!!! It also screwed things up badly enough that even Live Writer could not understand it.
Instead, HERE is a direct link to the video on Youtube!
I see that Blogger arbitrarily removed the title to the post as well!
Sun on the Oregon Coast, how wonderful! Yeah, I have learned to NEVER open anything in the blogger editor. I just pull it back into LiveWriter. I heard the editor is better now but am afraid to try.
ReplyDeleteI had the same problem with blogger yesterday - I ended up doing a whole new post and deleting the one they screwed up. today's pictures are amazing - in OR but on the other side. Our beauty views are the wind powers which truly do amaze me...
ReplyDeleteHappy Easter!!
